Application process

After your home university has successfully nominated you as an exchange student, you should fill in the New University Erasmus application form. The scanned copy of the signed and stamped application form, together with all required annexes, has to be sent to the Centre for Career Development and International Mobility of the New University at international@nova-uni.si.

Application forms must reach the receiving institution by:

• Autumn term: 15th June
• Spring term: 15th December.

In addition, you will receive an Acceptance letter and general information on living and studying in Slovenia from our International Department.
