HRS4R | EURAXESS
In July 2021, the New University actively joined the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter and Code). With the recognition of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) compliance by the European Commission, New University strives to continue and strengthen its activities in the scientific and research field.
The New University thereby contributes to the efforts of the European Commission in creating a shared research space. It also promotes employees’ internal motivation, as the acquisition of the HRS4R mark means identifying and improving established practices in the recruitment and retention of quality staff and the university’s public commitment to providing optimal conditions for research.
