[DON’T MISS OUT] Timely Registration in the Subsidised Student Meals System

The Student Organisation of Slovenia once again encourages students to register in the Subsidised Student Meals System (SŠP) in a timely manner. Pre-registration in the system will be available from the beginning of September 2026.

Students who are already registered in the SŠP system will generally not be required to visit an SŠP registration point in person to extend their entitlement for the 2026/2027 academic year. Their entitlement will be extended automatically, provided that their valid student status for the forthcoming academic year has already been recorded in the eVŠ system at the time of the extension. Students registering in the SŠP system for the first time will still be required to complete the registration process in person at one of the SŠP registration points.

To avoid long queues and possible complications at the beginning of the academic year, the Student Organisation of Slovenia recommends completing all necessary procedures as soon as possible.

Students are also requested to complete their enrolment procedures at the faculty in good time, as the entitlement to subsidised student meals can only be extended automatically if their student status has been entered into the eVŠ records on time.
