Nomination process

Before applying for an Erasmus+ exchange at Nova univerza, your home university must first nominate you. A nomination is a formal confirmation from your university that you have been selected to participate in the Erasmus+ mobility program and that you meet the eligibility criteria.

All nominations should be sent by your home university to the Centre for Career Development and International Mobility of New Uniervsity. Please make sure your institution sends the nomination to our institutional Erasmus+ coordinator via email: international@nova-uni.si.

To ensure a smooth application process, please observe the nomination deadlines:

Autumn term: 15th May
Spring term: 15th November

Once we receive your nomination, we will contact you with detailed instructions on the application procedure and next steps.
