[OPPORTUNITY] Participate in the ConSIMium 2025 Project in Brussels

Ever wondered what it feels like to step into the shoes of national representatives and negotiate new rules for the entire EU? We invite you to take on this role and participate in the ConSIMium 2025 project.

The ConSIMium 2025 project is a continuation of the simulation of the EU Council and European Council’s operations from previous years. Slovenia, as an EU member state, participates at the level of the Rector’s Conference of the Republic of Slovenia, which means that New University has the opportunity to nominate one representative (a student) to participate in this project.

We invite all students interested in participating to apply by September 10, 2024, by sending an email to international@nova-uni.si. Please attach your CV and a short cover letter describing your motivation to participate in the project.

After the mentioned date, a selection committee, composed of the vice-rector and the deans of the university’s members, will select one candidate to be nominated to the Rector’s Conference of the Republic of Slovenia. If selected, the Rector’s Conference will cover the daily allowances, while all other expenses (airfare, accommodation) will be covered by the organizer (the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU).
