[Academic Forum] Australian legal system – differences and similarities between common and civil law

Dear Colleagues and Friends of the New University,

You are cordially invited to the Academic Forum of the New University dedicated to “Australian legal system – differences and similarities between common and civil law” organized together with prof. dr. Robert Walters, guest lecturer, coming from College of Law and Justice at Victoria University, in Melbourne, Australia.

The event will be held in English and will take place on Tuesday, 15 March 2022, at 11:00 (CET) via Zoom application.

The debate will be joined by two distinguished speakers:

• prof. dr. Robert Walters, guest lecturer at New University, coming from College of Law and Justice at Victoria University, in Melbourne, Australia,
• prof. dr. Novak, Professor of Legal Philosophy, Legal Theory, and Constitutional Law at the European Faculty of Law and Faculty of Government and European Studies, both New University.
